Knitting, Pete, and the Random Smallness of the world

1. My current knitting project. (and dare i say... Business school?)




2. This weekend’s vet visit of which both Amani and Kamau received a clean bill of health! And our introduction to Pete… He was hanging on the vet walls…

3. Meeting new and wonderful people and the way that the smallness of the world plays a part… Random Mellow event in Germantown --> Introduction to the coordinators son --> who created new website (the180movement) --> Met someone ELSE at Kaffa immediately after said meeting who knew of the site and just stopped to talk because she saw that I was looking at it… --> Also met an awesome kid from Temple who is joining the Peace Corps after graduation… struck up a 2 hour conversation just because there was no where else to sit!

Mau Types, Lounging, and Discussion

1. Kamau's paw on my keyboard as if hes planning to type something.

2. Waking late, eating pizza hut, and lounging all day with my Sungee.

3. Finding that I have two weeks to do my discussion board assignments for class! oh AND finding that i did well on the last assignment. YES!
